Meditate on the Word:
As we continue this season in anticipation of the return of Christ, the thought that “the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings” is a wonderful thing to think of. We can look forward to a time of having healed bodies and a healed world. We can look forward to waking up with no aches, pains, or difficulty getting around. The picture used is of calves playfully jumping. When was the last time you playfully jumped? It has been a while for me.
Even more wonderful than how we will feel will be seeing our Lord in His glory. It is going to be an awesome day indeed. Of course we will jump. We will jump like excited children. We will have a lot to be excited about. Can’t you just picture it? What a day of rejoicing that will be!

Let our Lord know just how excited you are to think of a future with Him.
