Meditate on the Word:
I find it interesting that David calls on the heavenly beings to worship God. Certainly, the king of Israel has no actual authority over the heavenly beings yet he simply causes them to do what they are made to do. He calls on people to do the same, including us.
While there are certainly many reasons to worship God, the most important is that worship is due Him. He is the only one who is worthy of our worship. The heavenly beings demonstrate his glory simply by existing. Like them, we are miracles of God‘s craftsmanship. Everything we are is because of him, therefore he deserves our heartfelt worship.

Offer the Lord praise for who He is today.
