Meditate on the Word:
Can’t you just hear the celebration in these words? The joy? The victory? The love? With singing, and joyous music from various instruments, the psalmist here declares that our God is worthy of celebration. I feel like we often fail to celebrate our God. Sure, we are thankful to Him. But to celebrate our love for Him, in some traditions, feels really awkward.
This is not to dismiss times of solemn reverence and thoughtful prayer. These are also important. But our God deserves both. In fact, our times of solemn meditation on His word can lead to celebration when we see just how much He loves us. Let us celebrate our Lord today.

Perhaps as a part of your prayer today, sing a song to the Lord, even if you are alone.
