Read the Word:
Psalm 63:1-8
Meditate on the Word:
According to the introduction to this psalm, it was written by David while he was in the wilderness of Judah. It was at a time when people were trying to kill him. Yet, David kept his trust in God. He trusted that God was enough for him. While looking around, and while lying down at night, his thoughts turned to God whom he loved.
We can learn from David. We can remember in any situation how much God loves us and how much He has done for us. We can draw closer to Him. We can contemplate His strength and glory. We can thank Him for how He has provided for us. We can bless Him as long as we live.
Pray the Word:
Focus on some aspect of God’s character. Thank Him for being all you need.
