Creation is a magnificent thing to behold! Mountains and valleys, oceans and rivers, trees and flowers, and a wide variety of animals. These all testify to the glory of the God who spoke them into being. Only God could have imagined a planet with all these beautiful features. Only God could have placed this planet the right distance from the sun to avoid being too hot or too cold. Only God could have provided the right mix of gases in the atmosphere to sustain life.
Only God could have imagined and created humans as well. Our bodies are wonderfully intricate, with every part serving a function to benefit the whole. And, while God spoke all the other things he created into being, he actually crafted the first humans. He took special care to make us. Indeed, we also, in our wonderful complexity, point to an amazing design and an amazing Designer and Creator who made us. In His great love, He also sustains us.
